wnlbd Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, through which the User accesses games, places wagers, deposits, and withdraws funds.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives credited to a User's Account subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process wnlbd conducts prior to processing a User's first withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the wnlbd website, its browser-based games, sports betting interface, payment cashier, account management tools, and all associated services.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined as prohibited under Section 7 of these Terms.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software algorithm that determines outcomes in wnlbd's non-live casino games.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet, stake, or buy-in placed by a User through the Platform on any game or sporting event.

To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wnlbd strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through wnlbd's responsible gaming tools or imposed by wnlbd as a result of prior prohibited conduct.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

wnlbd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Once your Account is registered, you assume full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person, nor permit any third party to access or use your Account.
• You must notify wnlbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details or payment methods.
• You must not open more than one Account. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual (by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier), wnlbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances in accordance with Section 7.

wnlbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to protect your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). wnlbd does not operate USD-denominated accounts or apply currency conversion fees to player balances.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other bank transfer methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Platform cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your wnlbd Account. wnlbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. If your KYC documents have not yet been verified, your withdrawal request will be held pending until verification is complete.
• wnlbd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your payment provider.
• wnlbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to believe that the transaction may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

wnlbd may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. wnlbd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering contributions may differ by game type. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots or sports bets. Contribution rates will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• wnlbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or use of a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

All games and betting markets available on wnlbd operate under the following general rules. Specific game rules are accessible within each individual game or betting market interface.

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. wnlbd does not accept requests to void or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a demonstrable technical error.
• RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, arcade games) use certified random number generation software. Outcomes are independently audited and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Platform or the User.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play. In the event of a dispute arising from a live casino game, the provider's game logs constitute the definitive record.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules applicable to each sport and event type. Results are settled based on official sources. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to that market will apply.
• wnlbd reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was opened or offered in error, including markets with manifestly incorrect odds.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of wagering.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, wnlbd will use game server logs to determine the correct game state and settle any affected wagers accordingly. wnlbd is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the User's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live poker or other multi-player games.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, including as a proxy for a self-excluded player.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform's deposit and withdrawal system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wnlbd staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without wnlbd's prior written consent.

wnlbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Users within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately, but an increase to a previously set limit will only take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may configure net loss alerts and hard limits over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may temporarily suspend their Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe their gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting wnlbd support at [email protected]. A permanently self-excluded Account cannot be reopened.

wnlbd strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If wnlbd identifies or suspects that a minor has accessed the Platform, the Account will be immediately suspended and all funds will be held pending investigation.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the wnlbd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of wnlbd or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from wnlbd.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any wnlbd trademark, trade name, or logo without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of wnlbd's intellectual property may result in termination of your Account and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wnlbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Interruption of service, Platform downtime, or technical failures beyond wnlbd's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or market data that is sourced from third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits wnlbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wnlbd makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

wnlbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to wnlbd's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wnlbd uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers and is not shared with third parties except as required to:

• Process deposits and withdrawals through licensed payment service providers.
• Conduct KYC and fraud prevention checks through identity verification partners.
• Comply with any legal obligation imposed by applicable law or a competent authority.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following procedure applies:

1. First Contact: You should raise the dispute directly with wnlbd's customer support team at [email protected]. wnlbd will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to wnlbd's compliance team. The compliance team will conduct a formal review and respond within 14 business days.
3. Final Resolution: If the matter cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism before initiating formal legal proceedings.

wnlbd's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account actions taken under these Terms are final where they are based on objective evidence from Platform logs, game server records, or KYC findings.
